It is required to report any change in its legal situation to the domiciliation company and to maintain the contract in force as long as the address is used as the registered office.
In case of contract termination, the company must transfer its registered office to a new address within a reasonable timeframe. Maintaining a domiciliation address without a valid contract constitutes an irregularity that can lead to complications during administrative procedures or tax audits.
Administrative inspections are possible at the domiciliation address. Tax administration agents, CNSS officers or other bodies may visit the registered office to verify the reality of the business activity. The domiciliation company must facilitate these inspections and provide necessary information about domiciled companies.
